Dr Manmohan Singh - A failure?

If one sees Manmohan as the architect of new economic policy,then one has to accept he is also the reason for the present situation.The political allignments need not be the source of destructions.If he is not satisfied with the ambience the best he could do is to resign from the post and offer it to the next best man.
