Will SEBI consider?

We have always seen the volatile stocks trading on the day of announcing quarterly results and weekly inflation ,gdp data .
Some companies announce results only at off market timings giving an opportunity for traders to go into the details before they make a decision.
Why not SEBI make it a rule . since insider traders may be aware of the results and play the game in their favour.
Will SEBI consider it?
